Rear garage & old extension demolished to create space for the extension. Full refurbishment of the original building and construction of a contemporary extension to a private dwelling in reclaimed materials to the rear, including kitchen, living room, ensuite & bathroom, full underfloor heating, electrics, full redecoration & natural oak boarded flooring throughout.

Purpose made window shutters and railings reinstated to the front elevation. New purpose made windows to the rear extensions with sliding folding doors opening to the courtyard garden.

Challenges: The site area was very limited, bounded by public roads front & rear. The only external site working area became a very small paved courtyard on completion.
